My Volkswagan on VW Website

Anyone having an issue tracking a new car order on the My Volkswagan website?
my ordere/Commission number works for main dealer and online chat departments but will not work for us to check/track the order?

Hello. I had same issue, tiguan or order to replace current troc. Spoke to vw customer care on Thursday and said having issues, poss due to MY updates. Logged in to myvw UK this morning and now working hope some help
1.5 SEL DSG 4 motion, Indium Grey. Driver assistance pack, sports pack and winter pack, adamantium wheels. Ordered 09Feb19. Collected 14jun19

Had the same issue when attempting to track recent order on “my vw” site. However, talking with “live chat” they were able to provide speedy info on build week (week 28) 12 July with expectation to collect late August beginning September.

Ordered T-Roc R-line manual white/black roof, reversing camera. Date of order 27 May.

Thanks for the replies, raised issue with main dealer, on-line chat and sent an email the VW customer care, so see what happens from there. I am not the only one with the issue so it must be a VW issue.
